Student Management

• Student Profile: Administrators and agents easily store students’ information in the system. From basic contact information to enrollment, all data is stored in the system and easy to access it.
• Document Management: A safe cloud storage is integrated with the system so our client doesn’t need to use expensive Dropbox anymore. Because all files are in an one system, their staff can save lots of workload time.
• Lead Management: Considering our client has various competitors in the city, managing lead client/student is significant task for them. We provided a solution to keep track their leads until they become dead leads. Tracking leads helps our client to boost sales more than before.
• Grading System: In this system, teachers has one task which is grading students. It doesn’t take huge role in the system but the grading system allows teachers and advisers to encourage their students. 

Accounting

• A/R Management: Allow school to track students who did not paid tuition fee. 
• Payment Management: Store all payment data in the system.
• Payroll Management: This is one of the main function. Our solution allows school to manage agents’ commission easily. Agents can claim their commission to administrator when their students pays tuition. Administrators will be notified which commission they need to pay to agents. All commission payment data is managed in the system so that the system makes school produce less or none misunderstandings with agents.
• Invoice: Once school set up their invoice by few clicks, agent and staff can create invoices for students by one click. 

Report

• Sales Report: This makes administrators to analyze their sales easily and quickly. Sales report have sorting function that let them see what they want to see. 

There are few more functions in the system such as notification and visa expiry date alert. 

This solution is developed for a ESL and IELTS school in Canada, and it is perfect solution for who has lots of agents (inside/outside) sell their program or course.
