Privacy Policy

Vanple Networks Inc. ("we", "us") collects only the personal information we need and uses it only for the purposes described here, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. What we collect

• Enquiries: name, business name, phone, email, website and your message
• Free website applications: business name and category, contact person, email, phone, province and address, existing website and social links, business description, reference websites and design preferences, requested features, domain details, and a record of your agreement to our terms
• Payments: amount and payment status. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Collected automatically: IP address, browser details, how you arrived (including ad campaign parameters), and cookies

2. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and discuss our services
• To build and run your website and process payments and renewals
• To contact you about your order, renewals and the service
• To prevent spam and abuse
• To measure advertising and improve our website

3. Service providers

These companies process some information on our behalf. Their servers may be outside Canada (mostly in the United States), where information may be accessible under local law.

• Stripe — payments and subscription renewals
• SendGrid (Twilio) — email delivery
• Namecheap — website hosting, data storage and domain registration
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection
• Google Analytics · Google Ads — site statistics and ad conversion measurement
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — ad conversion measurement

4. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your language, restore an application in progress, record which ad brought you here, and measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features — such as restoring your application — may stop working.

5. How long we keep it

• Applications that were never paid for are deleted after 90 days.
• Customer information is kept while the service is active and for up to seven years after cancellation to meet tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.
• Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to follow up.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing messages. Contact us below. We may be unable to delete information we are legally required to keep.

7. How we protect it

Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS, and our admin area is available only to signed-in staff. Access is limited to people who need it.
