Websites and systems
that keep working
after closing time
If your evening ends with twenty unanswered messages, that is not a staffing problem. Seventeen of those twenty have an answer a system can give — instantly, and in the right language.
One enquiry, start to finish
automated-
An enquiry arrives
"Any chance of a table for four tomorrow at six?"
-
First reply sent
Offers the open slots, confirms party size
-
Logged to the CRM
Name, contact and request, no typing
-
Booking confirmed
They pick a time, the table is held
-
Reminder goes out
Where no-shows actually drop
-
Review request sent
Ratings build without anyone remembering
A person was involved in exactly one line of that. The rest ran itself.
Where the hours actually go
These are the things Vancouver owners tell us about most often. Any one of them is worth a conversation.
-
Enquiries arrive in four places
Phone, email, Instagram, messaging apps — and nothing tracks which ones you answered.
-
The same question, every day
Hours, location, price. Typed by hand, ten times a day, forever.
-
No-shows eat the calendar
Reminders fix it. Nobody has time to send reminders.
-
Customer records live in two places
Half a spreadsheet, half a phone. Sending one update means rebuilding the list first.
-
You are on Maps but not in search
People find you if they already know your name. Nobody discovers you.
-
The site has not changed since 2019
It breaks on phones, and editing it means tracking down whoever built it.
What we do
Four things. Most people start with the website and grow into the automation, but taking only the urgent piece is perfectly reasonable.
AI automation
First replies, booking confirmations, reminders and review requests — handled without you.
Custom CRM
Built for businesses that carry a case for months: immigration, education, clinics.
Web design
Bilingual by default, structured so Google can actually read it. Apps too.
Online marketing
Local SEO and ads, spent only on the channels that return enquiries.
Different trades need different automation
The three we have worked with most in Vancouver.
Immigration & Education Consulting
Twenty cases running at once, and the only place that tracks where each one stands is your head.
Restaurants & Cafés
Taking a booking call during service stops the floor. Not taking it loses the table.
Real Estate
The enquiry came in Tuesday. You called Friday. They signed with someone else on Wednesday.

Frequently asked questions
What does "business automation" actually mean here?
It means the repetitive parts of your day stop needing you. An enquiry arrives and gets an answer within seconds. That enquiry lands in your customer list without anyone typing it. A reminder goes out the day before the appointment. A review request goes out after the visit. You step in only where a real conversation is needed.
We are a team of three. Is this overkill?
Small teams get more out of it, not less. A larger business can throw another person at the problem. When there are three of you, the owner is the one answering messages at 10pm — and that is the hour we are trying to give back.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on what is worth automating, which is why we start with a free 30-minute review. We look at where your time actually goes, then tell you plainly which parts can be automated and which cannot. Pricing comes after that, not before.
Can you just build the website?
Yes, and that is where most people start. The one thing we would ask is to design how enquiries arrive and get handled at the same time — so that adding automation later does not mean rebuilding the site.
We already use other software. Do we have to replace it?
No. If something works, connecting to it is far cheaper than replacing it. A common setup keeps the existing booking tool, adds a CRM for customer history, and wires the two together so neither needs manual re-entry.
Do you work in English or Korean?
Both, fully. We have worked with Vancouver businesses since 2016 in both languages, and the sites we build serve Korean and English side by side rather than treating one as a translation of the other.
