Domain: we connect your existing domain at no charge, or register a new one in your name for $30 a year. Sales tax (GST/HST) is based on the province your business is in.

Yes — there is no charge for design, development, setup or SSL. You prepay the first year of hosting and management (from $360 a year plus tax), and it renews at the same price each year.
It renews automatically at the same price. You can cancel any time before the renewal date; if you do, the site comes down at the end of the paid year. Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours.
Yes, in full, if you ask within seven days of paying and before we have started on your design. Once design work has begun, the first year is non-refundable because that work is what you received for free. The Terms of Service have the details.
Business+ ($40 a month) is for businesses that take payments online or need a store with a cart and order management. Everything else is Standard ($30 a month). Pick your features on the application and the right plan is applied automatically.
No. Send us up to three websites you like and we design something new that borrows their mood and structure — we do not copy them. No references? We will propose a design that suits your industry.
A logo, some photos and a short description of your business is enough. We polish the wording, and we can fill gaps with free stock photography.

Done properly it helps. Give each language its own address and link them with hreflang, and Google can rank you for Korean and English searches at the same time.
Not if the migration is done properly. Each old address gets a permanent (301) redirect to its new equivalent, which carries the accumulated ranking across.

The most commonly skipped step in a redesign is handling the old addresses. Years of accumulated ranking is attached to those URLs, and if they 404 on the new site, that ranking is simply gone.
We inventory every existing address and permanently redirect it before cutover — free websites included. Rebuilding this very site, that meant auditing 1,331 legacy URLs and covering them with 100 redirect rules.
