Online marketing

Found in Vancouver, and turned into enquiries

Followers and impressions do not reach your bank account. The number we report on is how many people actually got in touch last month.

What the work covers

Local SEO

Ranking for "Vancouver + what you do". Unlike ads, it does not vanish when the budget stops.

Google Business Profile

Showing up in map results with photos, hours and reviews in order — the cheapest win available to a local business.

Google Ads

Used to cover urgent demand while rankings build, on deliberately narrow keywords and budgets.

Naver visibility

Weighted up when your customers are searching from Korea rather than Canada.

Social content

Only on the channels that actually return enquiries. Being everywhere is usually waste.

Measurement first

This very site had no analytics at all before the rebuild. Without measurement, nothing can be judged.

With and without measurement

Without

  • No idea which channel produces enquiries
  • Followers grow, revenue does not
  • No basis for cutting or raising ad spend

With

  • Enquiries split by channel
  • Budget goes only where it returns
  • Monthly reporting in enquiries, not impressions

Measurement comes before spending

Before running anything, we establish where enquiries currently originate. Skip that and it is easy to cut the channel that works and fund the one that does not.

A single month of real data usually contradicts the assumption. The account taking the most effort is rarely the one producing the contacts.

  1. 1

    Baseline

Who arrives, from where, and how many of them make contact.

  2. 2

    Install tracking

GA4 and conversion tracking, so enquiries can be split by channel.

  3. 3

    One channel first

Concentrate on the most promising channel rather than starting everything at once.

  4. 4

    Monthly reporting

Reported in enquiries. Impressions are context, not the result.

Frequently asked questions

How much ad spend do we need before it works?

It varies a lot by trade and competition — but for most Vancouver small businesses, organic search is the better first investment. Ads stop the moment you stop paying; ranking persists. We tell you which order makes sense during the review.

Do you handle Naver as well as Google?

We register the site with Naver Search Advisor and submit sitemaps. In Canada, Google carries far more weight, so it leads and Naver runs alongside — unless your customers are largely families in Korea or students preparing to come over, in which case the balance shifts.

Can you run our Instagram?

We can, but we will ask one thing first: are enquiries actually arriving through it? Plenty of accounts grow followers for months without producing a single enquiry. Measure where enquiries come from, then put the effort there.

How do you report results?

In enquiries, not impressions. How many people made contact last month, and which channel each came through. That requires measurement to exist first, which is why most engagements start by installing analytics.

Is there a minimum contract?

No long lock-ins. Being able to leave when results do not appear is what keeps us focused on the things that produce them.

Can you help us get more Google reviews?

The reliable method is asking, which almost nobody does because it feels awkward. Automating the request at a set point after the visit removes the awkwardness entirely — this usually runs alongside the automation work.
